Sherley has been training, coaching and consulting in human development for over 20 years, for major corporations like Air Canada. She has led global teams through significant change, worked with businesses on building new leadership teams, and put new, powerful development strategies in full motion. Sherley is also a trained business coach, and currently pursuing her International Coach Federation accreditation.
